We provide high quality collision repair in an honest, ethical and efficient manner. At Old Dominion Collision we work with all Insurance companies, have the best team of professional technicians in the area, and stand behind our work for as long as you own your vehicle.
Only vehicles returned to factory specifications maintain their integrity, value, and performance, so repairing the unseen damage on unibody vehicles is an important aspect of Old Dominion’s auto body repair service. We attend to all details of your vehicle, and apply the very best materials with care and precision. Our paint department mixes your vehicle's finish on the premises with a computerized mixing system to assure the closest match possible, so that we return your vehicle’s finish to pre-accident condition. At the end of the repair process, your vehicle is cleaned inside and out to remove any reminder of the accident.
We guarantee, for as long as you own your car, our repairs to be free of defect in workmanship and materials, excluding wear and deterioration resulting from normal driving conditions.

The Repair Process
Our repair process is derived from several modern business strategies, including Lean Principles, Six Sigma, the Theory of Constraints, and Japanese ParaKaizen (a culture of continuous improvement). These systems help us create a work environment that lends itself to impeccable quality, efficiency, faster repairs and less waste. We have an integrated production-line system in which each incoming vehicle is evaluated, then assigned to one of three routes: light, medium, or heavy damage. Along each route, the sequence is the same—evaluation, disassembly, production, paint booth, reassembly and detail. No vehicle moves to the next area until ALL details are taken care of. A rolling parts cart follows each vehicle, stocked with the parts needed only for that job. With this focus on each step of the process, we are able to efficiently use the resources necessary to provide the highest quality repair, in a timely fashion, with impeccable customer service. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we have also initiated our own standards, using the latest technology and systems to recycle, reuse and reduce our footprint on our environment.
